These terms apply when you browse Vellocal or buy from the store. They are intended to make the expectations around shopping, orders, and website use clear.

Using Vellocal

Use the website lawfully and with respect for the service and other visitors. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, provide false checkout information, or misuse our materials.

Product pages

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, measurements, prices, and availability. Your screen may affect color. We may correct an error, change a promotion, limit quantities, or remove a product without advance notice.

Placing an order

You confirm that your contact, shipping, and payment details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Vellocal may review, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a listing or price error, duplicate activity, or unavailable stock. A cancelled order that has been paid will be refunded through the original method.

Shipping, returns, and promotions

Delivery information is shown before payment. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain the related procedures. Any discount or promotion is governed by the conditions shown with that offer.

Payment, delivery, analytics, hosting, and other features may be supplied by third parties. Their services and links may have separate terms, and Vellocal is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Liability and updatesGOVERNING LAW

To the extent allowed by law, Vellocal is not liable for indirect loss or delays beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update the terms by publishing a revised version here.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service plus any separate service‑related contracts shall be governed and interpreted according to United States federal law.
