Vellocal Shipping Policy

Vellocal displays the delivery options and estimated timing available for your order at checkout so you can choose with the destination in mind.

Processing your order

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During promotions, holidays, launches, or other high-volume periods, preparation may take longer. A tracking email is sent once the parcel is dispatched.

How long delivery takes

Standard shipping is typically estimated at 5–12 business days after processing. Expedited services may arrive sooner where available. Estimates can change due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or incorrect address details.

Free shipping

Eligible orders meeting the threshold shown at checkout currently qualify for free shipping at $79 where available.

Tracking and parcel care

It can take time for the first carrier scan to appear. If tracking has not changed for several business days, or a parcel appears damaged, email support@vellocal.com with your order number. If the carrier says delivered, check the delivery spot and nearby household or neighbors first.

Address and customs

Review the address carefully before payment; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts. Depending on the destination, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other import fees may apply and are generally the customer’s responsibility.
